i was using my sisters netflix account before, but now i have my own! how do i change the account on my blu ray player? like get a new activation code on my blu ray player?
It's likely your sister needs to log into her account and "deactivate" your blu-ray player that is associated with her account. Once the link is broken the device should prompt to re-establish a link to a new or existing account. If that doesn't work I'd call Netflix and say you purchased the player used and would like to use it with your account. I didn't find anything in their Terms of Service that says it's against policy to share an account but I'd omit that info to avoid any problems in the event there was some fine print I missed (just to save yourself and your sister heartache from a technicality if such a share policy does exist).
