Tab-tensioned pull down vs. regular pull down vs. fixed projector screens? Which is best?

To add to the previous answer, the tab-tension system prevents the screen from curling at the sides, but is quit a lot more expensive, due to the additional labour to assemble it. To me, it's the ideal screen because, although I have a dedicated home theatre, where I could have a fixed screen, I prefer the screen to be protected from dust and dirt when not in use.
