How do i get a remote control to control the volume on the tv?
We have a Synergy V RT-U64CP remote control through Time Warner Cable. It turns the TV on/off, works the guide, and everything else EXCEPT the volume. The TV is a Samsung and we don't have any fancy sound system, just the TV speakers. I've been through TWC troubleshooting guide, it didn't work and now I can't get through to them on the phone. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
