Help, I'm having Samsung TV problems?
I just got a Samsung 32' LED-LCD TV and it is only showing a certain number of channels: Air-4, Air-26, DTV AIR 61-1, DTV Air 63-1, and DTV Air 65-1. The only one that actually works is Air-26. I got the out of the box TV from Best Buy and they didn't have a remote, so they gave me a universal remote, but that doesn't seem to help.
I've been working on this for hours and would greatly appreciate any answers. Thanks.
Need more information.
Are you using an antenna, or you going off cable/Satellite. Be sure that you setup the correct input in the menu.
Have you tried the "Auto Scan" to program channels?
Did you manual punch in a channel number then add current channel?
I do recommend http://www.samsung.com/us/support/ to find your model of tv and check out the manual.
